Bad customer service

I’ve bought an electric hot water tap faucet at takealot and some other items aswell,the electric tap broke as one of the caps popped off for some reason,tried to tighten the one cap that popped off but cracked of the air pressure that was to much,contact takealot via their app for return but unfortunately my return was declined…my first ever return I logged and bought over a couple thousands of rands… but if this is takealot customer service,im done….
