Bad customer service

I placed me order and selected delivery. The order was meant to be delivered the next day however today is the 5th day and still no parcel delivered. Your call centre agents either cannot read when one emails a query sor fail to apply the knowledge you have equipped them with.

I have been placed on holds longer than 10 minutes per call and no manager at the call centre had come to the party. I am beyond appalled.
