Bad customer service

I’ve had a very bad customer service thru this company. I’ve ordered 5projectors & only received 4 units after 10days and it’s only then they tell me via email that my order is incomplete and they have to refund me the difference. They didn’t even offer me the alternative or gave me options of a different product I wasn’t expecting such results after such a long time of buying from them I’m disappointed & I will no longer buy from them or reffer any of my clients to them Order no: ********** 4
