Bad customer Service

Hi I ordered on the 23 dec 2018, goods was delivered 28 dec 2018. however there was one item short delivered. I immediately phoned on 28 dec 2018 to inform take a lot about this matter. I have spoken to about ten different consultants because for some or other reason they(take a lot) kept on closing the call that was logged with no outcome of some sorts. This order was COD so u can imagine how frustrating this is to me as a client..... my money was good enough to take but you cannot deliver the damn goods. I totally and utterly disappointed in this service and I don't care what the processes are that must be followed you took the money so deliver. The item that was short delivered was nappies for my baby and I had to go out and buy more nappies so I am out of pocket and I never budgeted for the extras. GREAT DISSAPOINTMENT I WILL NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH U AGAIN. THANKS!
