BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Firstly I would like to complain about the fact that I got the worst service at Takealot , I’ve never experience such terrible service ever ! I purchased a few items with Takealot they then delivered the package , I opened the package firstly the package that was delivered was incorrect. I then sent the package back and called the Customer service to advise that they need to send me the correct products. They advised that they’ll send me the correctly product I called in every week to follow up I spoke to 5 agents whom advised that I should be delivered. I am completely upset ! I had to reorder the correct products and pay extra due to the customer service that I got from the consultant I spoke to none of them could help me ! I am completely disgusted by Takealot.
