Bad customer service

Bad no actually horrible!!!

I chose the next day delivery on the 24th of this month instead of my parcel been delivered, my delivery date has been rescheduled to the 31st. I tried contacting taking takealot they offered me a split delivery which was supposed to come in this weekend instead they called this morning to notify me that they has been a mix up with orders and asked if I wanted it today but I confirmed that I wanted it today but instead the delivery team gave me a different date.

I'm so disappointed!!!!!
