bad customer service

I bought a braai from them paid in full and said they would deliver within 7 working days .After about 2 weeks lapse I followed up then to be told they had no stock could not find one at the same price so had to buy a more expensive one which actually arrived. The packaging looked like it had been openened before and was a return.When opened the packaging *****s and nuts missing which i had to use my own .The intrustion manual was also missing .On querying this with takealot i was told to search the internet if not to much trouble and get a manual .My response was it should be part of the purchase and they should find and send .Todate nothing received . They did say i could return the braai but said it had been used so could not send back
