bad customer service

order number ********** 9 i purchased a baby stroller with you guys only to find that its a doll stroller and not a human stroller, i requested a refund but was told to wait for the delivery and reject it so that i can get a refund. i been waiting since Wednesday for my refund to be paid back into my account. this has been the worst service from an online store that i had to deal with.
