Bad customer service!!!!

I Purchased a product on Takealot. I received it this morning, And it was broken. I immediately called and reported it.

They however can only come collect tomorrow and can only refund me, next week! Its not my fault that I received something that does not work! Why I am being pushed for something I did not do?! When I mentioned it the customer consultant simply said that she is not the owner of the company! There is no apology given at all!

I think there is no customer service at take a lot. And I will not be using it again!
