Bad customer service

Takealot is very good with selling you stuff but when you try to return items their service is absolutely shockingly bad. I returned a 2 in 1 tablet first week in January. Their policy states that after 21 days if the item is not returned they will automatically refund you. This did not happen. after almost 30 days they returned they unit and it was still faulty. I returned it again requesting a refund. After another 21 days I am still struggling to get the refund. They promise that within 5 - 7 days the amount will be refunded. After 7 days after I had to enquire about it they informed me that they had problems refunding the money on my card which I have used for so many years to buy from them. This is absolutely shockingly bad service Takealot. You surely lost a very loyal customer.
