Bad customer service

I bough a WD hard drive from TakeALot. After receiving the drive i copied movies to it. The hard drive seems fine when plugged into a computer. Also WD utilities does not recognize the drive. When plugged into my tv ( the reason for buying the drive), also tried other tv's, no tv recognizes the drive. So i sent it back, and it was sent back to with a comment its working fine. Obviously its now working fine. I bought a drive, and can't use it for its intended purpose. Thanks a lot, i will never use Takealot again.
