Bad customer service

I bought 2 phone from takealot on Friday in the morning around 2am. the same morning around 9am i called and cancelled before i received the order, even though it was not delivered i was told to wait for it to be delivered to the warehouse, i was reasonable and agreed and told it will be done the same day and the device will be sent to the warehouse and my refund would be processed on Monday. when i called today i was told that the order was not yet collected from the branch and it would wait 3 days for other orders and then returned to the warehouse and thereafter my refund will be processed and it will take to 5 to 7 working days. why must my order wait for other orders ? why couldnt you return the order on Friday like you promised. what a terrible first experience with takealot and you have such good deals but i will think twice before i buy from you again. please refund the money into my bank account i dont want a credit because i dont want to do business with you again. the fact that you are busy with black Friday deals should not affect me and should not affect your service delivery. i do not have your phones in my possession so please refund my money.
