Bad Customer Service

<p>I emailed your call centre on thursday in regard to unboxed deal i got a reply from Robin Snell to say they will check with a buyer as normal price is R219 and unboxed is R305 which is incorrect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Till today no feedback and i have been sending followup emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very dissappointing as i wanted to gift this item to my niece.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please escalate and provide feedback.</p>
