bad customer service

takealot seem to be hiding behind their communications when something go wrong, I purchased school books for my kids and only half the delivery was delivered, i have returned the delivered book and noted that it was short-delivered, takealot just returned the same book again, i cant talk to a person and they don't respond beyond the initial mail, time to find a new eCommerce shop
