Bad customer service

Placed an order some weeks ago for a mini peddle bike - incorrect delivery, a large bike. No communication from Takealot, just a credit. Placed a second order for a more expensive mini peddle bike - incorrect delivery a large bike. This time I lost it. They are trying, but not succeeding. Bad, bad, bad customer service policy. Bring it on Amazon, give them the much needed competition they need.
