Bad customer service

i have ordered my package and it was suppose to be delivered by Monday,i have been sending endless emails and not getting any help ,so since they took my money they don't care about frustrations anymore,i have asked for my package or refund and i am not getting any respond,will never order from them again,they can keep the money i paid and my package ,hope it makes them rich
