bad customer service

hello.

never have i ever experienced bad Customer service from takelot but this is just bad. phone them to ask when and where is the delivery guy to deliver my parcel. phone them like 20 times to get through to them.

then got in reach with someone and Boom my delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow instead of today. delivery driver cant even phone you or nothing.
