BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a Pineware 23 litre water heating bucket from takealot. After 5 days on Monday 4th of March 2024 it was delivered. The delivery people was in a hurry and just scan and delivered it. When I check the box it was damaged and on opening the parcel the lid and the clip that keeps the lid close was damaged. My husband called Takealot and spoke to an agent called Azukile to report the damaged goods. He assured him that the parcel was going to be collected the next day on Tuesday the 5th March 2024 and also sent a confirmation email that the damaged parcel was going to be collected. The email also said that a new bucket was going to be sent on Thursday although he said during the phone call that the bucket must be sent to the warehouse. Until now no one came to pick up the damaged bucket.
