Bad customer experience!!!

I have been using Takealot for a few years now and never had any issues in the past. However this past week I have experience how bad the customer service at Takealot is. The have misrouted my parcel, and as a result my order was then delayed? However Takealot is now failing to provide an ETA! Or even tell me where the parcel is. When you do hear any from the customer service everyone just tell you that your parcel has been misrouted and there is gonna be a delay. On follow up mails they just don't respond.

But then again they own the market so can most likely do whetever they want to.
