Bad customer ever

Ive been a customer at take a lot for years and ive never experienced the service that I received this month, i bought a tv and paid on the 13th October i was supposed to arrive a week before, they postponed to the 26th yet the didn't deliver now today on my app it says it has been delivered but i didn't get it i want to know who signed it off i tried to contact take a lot several times agent's like lance and Michelle promised to help but they never sokits either you give me my order or return my hard earned money please
