Bad customer care

Poor customer care Normally everything goes well but when there is an issue you get ignored and then written off! They make you wait for a week for what you paid for and then after waisting your time they say the supplier is out of stock. The follow up and customer support is of a company that has the monopoly and doesn’t give a dam anymore. I’m so glad Amazon is here now and I will rather be using them. I’ve never been ignored by Amazon before
