Bad customer care

<p>I have ordered stuff from takealot on 8 November 2016, all the stuff was delivered except for one of the items. I have called them about it. But nothing has been done. After waiting a month and still no delivery I asked them to refund me for the product as I am no longer going to wait for it. I waited a week, but received no refund. Called again, after a week still nothing. And repeated that process for the past month. I have called about 7 times, and sent messages on their Facebook page. It seems I am never going to see that R1299. This is so sad for me because I love to shop at takealot and have bought loads and loads of stuff from them since 2010. And have always been the happiest client. </p>
