Bad courier service from Takealot

I had a delivery scheduled for Monday 28/01/2019 at 07:15 from Takealot and it said out for delivery before 5pm. I then received a SMS this morning 28/01/2019 at 08:13 saying they failed to deliver my parcel and yet I received no call as to them being at my place they just left. That's really frustrating.
