Bad courier service

I’m so disappointed in Takealot, 3 orders were delivered to my address with ease, all of a sudden my address is now incomplete, they can’t find it. I tried my best to expound the address still they are failing. My question is how were they delivering all the other orders if now all of a sudden they cannot find my address. I’m really disappointed. I asked them to use the couriers they have used in the past because their new courier is just disappointing, I hoped everything was resolved this morning when I received their sms that my parcel would be delivered before 5pm today but to my disappointment when I check on their site it will not be delivered today still it’s been delayed
