At approximately 10:34am, I received a call from takealot driver. A lady that said she is delivering my item. I did tell her my son is coming to the gate and will collect it. I gave her directions. My son waited for 20 minutes. She called back to say she's lost. He redirected her. Just after 11:00am. I called her. She said she's lost. So I told her the first time she called, where she was, we were a minute from that other complex. Gave her directions. Waited again. I then called her back. She said I must reschedule. I was really upset. I told her that I will report her, cause she said she is busy somewhere else and cannot come back. She was in the same area. She raised her voice on me and did not worry that I said to her to please bring my order back. She was very rude. She still has not brought back my item. This is very bad service. I have her contact no only: +*** I am currently waiting for my item. I ordered a fan. I am a breast cancer survivor and under menopause injection. So having my menopause induced for cancer purposes and not being able to cope with the heat. I had to get the fan. Please assist urgently
