Bad courier

I ordered a game on Takealot on the 26th of September and they said that it would be delivered by the 2nd October, its the 3rd today and it hasn't been delivered, I haven't even got a sms or nothing about my order and whenever i go online it just says it should have been delivered. Worst company ever wont be ordering anything from them ever again if they don't change thier courier company!
