Bad courier

My order is ***. Around 12-15 on 5 September I received a call from takealot courier informing me that he is coming to do delivery at my home and will be there within an hour. I rushed home as I was out to wait for him. Two hours later he had not showed up and so I called him. He just said he has decided to go to another town and will come back on monday, 7 September. I pointed out that the least he should have done was to alert us about the change and advised us that the delivery is now on monday. I am not happy about this. I am not happy that Takealot in fact does not even have a platform that one can submit such complaints. The AI chat system does not work and in fact upsets one even more.
