Bad coupon/ complaint service

I complained that the coupon that you are suppose to use on your first purchase gives me an error saying the code does not exist with the hope that take alot will resolve the matter only to be responded too by take alot that the coupon only work on your first order and that my first purchase was at 13:45 on the day of my complaint. I know that my whole complaint was that the coupon code did not work
