BAD COSTOMER CARE

I had a account with [URL Removed] With the merging, my email detail was completely wrong with the transferring to [URL Removed] Now the email address is not accessible and I have noooooo!!!!! access to my ebooks and no one seems to be able to rectify this mess made by the Takealot team. Is there anyone that can tell me how will I be able to access my ebooks that was legally bought by me from [URL Removed] PLEASE!!!
