BAD CONSUMER SERVICES AND RUDE STAFF

IS TAKEALOT A **** OR WHAT?

December 17th I bought a phone at Takealot it was delivered after 3 days of purchase. It was not connecting to internet and it was a second hand item so I returned it and asked for a refund, Still now I am still waiting for my money. When I call them their consultants are either rude or they tell me they will look into the matter and they will get back to me but they all do not get back to me. I do not have a phone at the moment and it's very painful because Takealot has my R3700.00 as well as their phone while I have nothing.
