Bad company

I recently purchased earphones from them and on monday they stopped working. I returned them for an exchange and instead they gave me a refund . The refund is R120 due to their R49 eft to bank policy . Now I’m without any headphones and with a short money to buy another pair from then. Mind you this is the second pair i have returned. Takealot needs to treat their customers better . I wanted to purchase another pair from them but im demotivated because now i have R120 from R169 that i used to purchase them . Now i have to add R49 to the R120 plus another R50 for delivery. Bad service
