I have been dealing with Takealot for many years, with little to no bad experience, UNTIL NOW!!! I have now logged 3 tickets regarding exactly the same order. to be delivered by tomorrow, meant to he dispatched 3 days ago, but STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE!!!!!! They will not answer my question!!!!!!!!!!!! WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER???????, AND WHY DO YOU NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS ANYMORE?????????????????????????????
