Bad communication! Bad service!

I placed an order and paid on the 27th of April. I was told the order would arrive on the 10th of May. I then received another notification that the order would come on the 7th of May, then another notification that it would arrive on the 5th of May. Now it says it will arrive on the 17th if May.

I'm frustrated because these were birthday gifts and their birthday is before the 17th of May! How does such a large company not communicate better!

I want my stuff before the 12th of May or I want my money back!

I'm very upset and unimpressed!
