Bad communication

The other day I saw Takealot taking shots at Temu in one of their ads. Honestly, you can say what you want about them, but I’ve never had even half the problems with Temu that I’ve had with you. They update me on my order every step of the way. With you, I’m left guessing where my parcel is and why it didn’t arrive.

As a business owner, watching you go after your competition instead of fixing your own issues really says a lot. It comes across as poor management and a lack of character. There were better ways to handle it. If this is how things are going to be, I might as well start ordering from them instead.
