Bad communication

I ordered a generator from Takealot. Paid on the 1st of March and the order was supposed to arrive an the 9th of March. After finally getting hold of someone at Takealot, they told me my package is still in Polokwane and it has been sitting there since the 4th of March. But they are sorry. No communication.
