Bad communication

I'm very disappointed afor there recruitment process, I recently app**** online for package delivery and was informed I should bring certified documents. When I arrived the staff looked so unprofesional by not greeting or even having a friendly expression only to find out for sitting almost an hour that I should become a food delivery guy before I can deliver packages part time. What a load of ****😔
