Bad communicating s****s

So I actually used Takealot for the first time ever, I chose for my order to be delivered as the branches provided for collection are too far out. I received a sms stating that my order will be here on the Monday, I had no problem with that and made plans to be available the whole day. Saturday morning I wake up with a new sms that my delivery was rescheduled and my order will be delivered before 17:00 on Saturday day. I canceled all my plans, I stayed at my house the whole day just to recieve another sms at 18:00 with another reschedule date for Monday again. Look I didn't order something so important or expensive but why the confusion??? I am also almost 100% I won't even get my order on Monday.. Is thisnhow the delivery works? Not a very good first impression.. #disappointed #takealot
