Bad client services

Bought a cellphone on the 24th and by the time the cellphone was delivered the insurance had already replaced mine, so on the 6th after the delivery I logged a return, which according to their app on the 10th the return was concluded and was advised I will get my money back in the next 3-5 working days, 30 days later am still waiting for the funds, emailed them numerous times and have been calling since the 27 until today and not getting any clear answers am being told the was a glitch on the system and the warehouse will sort but 30 days later no one seems to have the answers as to why I haven't received my money back Their service is the pits and even the Team Leaders who claims they will have the matter escalated aren't helping they all butch of *********** employees and am so frustrated couz I want my money back and am not getting any answers
