Bad client service from takealot

What service did i just recieve from you ! I returned a microwave that was broken!! After it took hisense 12 days to do my credit back to takealot , takealot says they have no record of my credit that was payed back to them by hisense !! I urge people te start buying from local shops !! A return and credit of my own money can not take this long !! Reference nr ***
