What a horrible and pathetic experience I had with Takealot when I was buying laundry machine on the 2nd of October 2024. I was told that the machine will be delivered on Saturday 5th October, I was supposed to be at work on the day, however, I made an arrangement to get a day off just so I can be home for delivery and be easily contacted when the machine is on the way, however, to my disappointment which really makes me angry with your service, drivers have been telling one lie after the other. First they told me that they called me, which they didn't, and they also told me that they couldn't locate my address they had to take the machine back. I've been tracking on my Takealot app and I can tell that they have been lying. I even ended up sending an email requesting a refund and it better be sent back to my account as I want nothing to do with your services anymore.

I'm so disappointed and extremely angry with the service from Takealot. After lodging a complaint regarding my washing machine order, nothing was done about it I was only told that I will be given a call yesterday and I waited but NO ONE bothered to call me. I hope this is the last time I lodge this complaint because I want absolutely nothing to do with Takealot all I asked was for my refund to be allocated back to my bank account and they way they are so *********** all that they did was to refund it to my Takealot account, I don't want my money in that account I want it in my personal bank account and if Takealot doesn't act on this complaint and do as I say, I'm going to escalate this complaint further as this is unacceptable, *********** and inconveniencing I'd rather take my business where it will be appreciated. There's not even a sense of urgency to my query as there's no reply from Takealot and this is my final query, failure to do as I request will mean that I'm escalating this query further
