Bad charger, never buy tech stuff from Takealot

Bought a laptop charger on the 23rd of April 2024 and received it on the 25th, all was well until in just under a month the laptop charger started unwravelling thus exposing the wiring inside it, I then decided to log a return and opted for it to be exchanged as I was under the impression that the one I initially received was faulty. The second charger then came on the 22nd of May 2024 and once again all was well until in under a month it started to unwravel AGAIN!!! I decided I was no longer interested in getting it exchanged because clearly this issue is common with all the chargers from takealot's supplier for the specific charger I needed. I logged a return and all went well, even received an email confirming I would be getting my refund and a week later I'm still waiting to get my refund, it has never taken me this long to get my refund before...
