I bought, a device, black box, with a TV remote, from Takealot. The black box, kept, giving me error messages. I had, Takealot, collect the two devices. When i asked, i wanted to be refunded, they refused, they came back to me, within 2 working days. Sent the two devices back to me, the TV remote, is completely broken, it worked the whole time i had it. someone, in there warehouse, is not doing there job properly, and broke the Tv remote.
