Bad call on product I baught

I bought a phone from Takealot, the phone can not connect to Google play, I sent it back within 3 days after I tried numerous times to get login to google play. I then placed the phone neatly back in the bags that it was in and into the box it was in nothing missing and nothing broken, now they say I did not send it back sealed?

How can I seal a thing that I had to open to test? Bad bad service.
