Bad business practice

I am appalled and highly disgusted by the poor service from this company. Yesterday I bought a 2 plate stove which was on promotion for 100 and the order went through since it was in stock.

I woke up to an email saying my order had been cancelled due to not having stock available and that is a lie, the stove is very much in stock. This is so diabolical, I am in so much disbelief at this company’s incompetence and dishonest. I will escalate this everyday until Takealot does what they need to do.
