Bad business.

I bought a Smeg 90 cm extractor fan. After the first deljvery of the extractor fan and r barstools the extractor fan was not in the delivery. After numerous phone calls and emails I receiced a cheap no name brand extractor fan. I want the item I paid for. Now it is phone calls and promise emails again!!!
