Bad business and not reliable

I recently purchased a item on Takealot.com to be told the item would arrive on the 5 July 2018. I am a shift worker and rep**** on this delivery to be on time as I don’t stay in the area in which I work. Only to find that I have had no feed back all I got was a tracking link that showed parcel shipped from takealot warehouse and that’s is no update nothing. They said if anything changes they would update me but nothing. So I emailed someone there they got back to me saying let me contact the courier and I will inform and update you that was 4 hours ago and still nothing. My order number is ********** 1. I have had endless problems with deliveries and this was the last of it.
