BAD Brackenfell PnP Pickup Point

Although conveniently situated for me at Brackenfell Pick n Pay, the new takelot Pick-up Point needs a serious operational re-think. I have been there 3 times to collect and once to do a RETURN. Unsatisfactory every time, usually because of an unmanned desk. "The takelot lady goes home at 14:00." Pick 'n Pay staff who's meant to take over are either not available or slow to respond acting like you're there to interrupt their day. Not appreciated.
