Bad Black Friday Expirience

Takealot.com is one of my favorite online shopping sites, I buy almost everything from them. But for the first time on black Friday(25 November 2022) I really struggled when trying to purchase a microwave. There was a glitch in their system that was not allowing me to login their site using my credentials. It only offered to login with google and Facebook. I was forced to login using my google account and that was an inconvenience form me because even now I am unable to track my order as I seldom use that google account. I eventually made a purchase but its hard for me to track my order and I am wondering if it will ever be delivered and when.
