Bad bad unprofessional service

I am highly disappointed in takelot, they service is just getting worse here in simonstown...... It's not the first or second or third time... They keep on giving very bad service.

First I waited on the 16 October 2022 that's yesterday the whole day for them. Nest thing they can't phone just sending robot messages. I select today date waited again. Now they tell me they will phone me because ythey can't find my address wow but after a few deliveries they could find the place but not today. No phone call. It's the slowest most unprofessional people working at fishoek branch....... I want my pagage.
