Bad bad Takelot service

Yesterday 4 September 2025 I ordered items at takelot and paid for next day delivery. The items were shipped to the courier only today on the delivery day. This morning I was told over an Email tbat the order would still be delivered today 5 September after I informed them that I will cancel the order if it wasn't delivered today. I paid extra for the delivery for today. Now they are telling me that the order will only be delivered on Monday 8 September. I had to cancel the order and now I am unregistering from takealot and uninstalling the app on my phone. I am now too scared that it will happen again. Takealot is *************. Bad takealot service.
